Draft policy · 29 August 2026
HomePilot is built around a simple boundary: customer camera footage stays on equipment at the customer’s property unless the customer explicitly chooses otherwise. This draft explains how website enquiries and system information are intended to be handled. It should be reviewed before the public launch.
Website enquiries
This website does not use enquiry forms, analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party pixels. When you select an email link, your own email application opens and any information you send is delivered directly to HomePilot. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and to provide the service you requested.
Installed systems
Camera footage, detection events, and automation history are stored locally at the property by default. HomePilot CARE is designed to receive system-health telemetry—such as device availability, storage capacity, hub health, device reachability, storage status, mesh quality, temperatures, and connectivity—not customer footage.
Support access
Any remote access to an installed system should be limited, authenticated, logged, and provided only for the support purpose agreed with the customer. Credentials are held in the customer’s name and are included in the system handover.
Sharing and retention
HomePilot does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with an installation or compliance partner only when required to deliver an agreed service. Enquiry and service records should be kept only as long as needed for the purpose, warranty, accounting, or legal obligations.
Your choices
To ask what information HomePilot holds about you, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable, email support@homepilot.ae.
Important launch note
This page is a product-design draft, not legal advice. It must be reviewed against HomePilot’s final legal entity, operating model, suppliers, and UAE data-protection obligations before publication.
